These are the minutes of the Latin American District Council before it separated into four separate districts: Central Latin, Gulf Latin, Midwest Latin, Pacific Latin. Included in the 1971 typescript is a summary of a message by H. C. Ball about his life and a brief history of the district.

The Yearbooks are annual until 1950. After 1950 the Council was bi-annual.

Yearbooks contain constitution and by-laws, District Council minutes, ministerial directories, church directories, and annual reports. However, the contents of yearbooks are inconsistent, and may lack some of these elements. As a result, some of these elements may also have their own archive record.
