Description: Chiesa Cristiana Evangelica (Campiglia dei Berici, Vicenza, Italy), opening service, August 15, 1908.

Italian-American evangelist Massimiliano Tosetto (1877-1948) pioneered the congregation, which was affiliated with the Wesleyan Methodist Church. Tosetto returned to America and, in 1909, identified with the Pentecostal movement and joined Assemblea Cristiana (Chicago, IL). He became a prominent Italian-American Pentecostal pastor.
