Assemblies of God pastor Jimmy Eastman passed away Jan 21, 1976. He was pastor of the Pentecostal Assembly of God, Mt. Carmel, IL. This album was made in his honor from tapes made at the church.

Ruth Eastman was Jimmy's wife. Helen Eastman is their daughter. Joanne Doolin is a sister of Ruth Eastman. Jimmy Eastman wrote 'There is something beyond,' sung by him and Ruth. Jimmy also played the piano on the two songs by daughter, Helen.
