Produced by: Ralph Wilkerson; Pastor: W. A. Wilkerson; Youth Pastor: C. E. (Buddy) Hicks.
Evangelistic Temple was founded by Raymond T. Richey and his family.
Youthquake was a youth revival movement at the Evangelistic Temple of Houston, associated with the Jesus People Movement. The services were led by youth pastor, Buddy Hicks, for several years in the early 1970s.
Two of the songs on the album are sung by Barry McGuire. He had become a well-known folk singer in the 1960s, but became a Christian about 1971. He was known as a contemporary Christian singer-songwriter after that time. McGuire also wrote the two songs he sang on this album.
Side 1: Personal Christ / Bob, Frank, and Mark -- Emanuel (God with us) / Manna -- Ask and ye shall receive / Leeanne Walker -- John 1:12 / Romans 8:13 / Bob, Frank, and Mark -- Thy loving kindness / Bob, Frank, and Mark -- Side 2: It's a happy day / Barry McGuire -- Don't blame God (for the sins of America) / Barry McGuire -- Make a joyful noise / Leeanne Walker -- Psalms 23 / Bob, Frank, and Mark -- Listen to His voice / Manna
